Ryan has accumulated over thirty years of business experience with an emphasis on business brokerage, real estate, and healthcare management.

Before joining NV Realty Group, Ryan was the President/CEO of KR Business Brokers, Inc. dba KReate a business brokerage firm in Des Moines, IA.

Ryan successfully established several businesses including a locum tenens physician staffing business, multiple family practice clinics, and two Iowa real estate/business brokerages. Ryan has also held executive positions in the healthcare industry at Unity Point Health Des Moines, and throughout the Midwest.

Ryan has a history of public service and community involvement including serving as the Community Development Director for the City of Dodge Center, Minnesota, the Vice President of the Marion County Board of Realtors, an Ambassador with the Des Moines Westside Chamber, and a member of the Dodge Center, Minnesota; Pender, Nebraska; and St. Charles, Iowa Chambers of Commerce and Economic Development Boards. Ryan is currently a member of the Cape Coral and the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Northwestern College and a master’s degree in public administration from Drake University. Ryan is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida, real estate broker in the State of Iowa, Certified Merger and Acquisition Professional (CM&AP) and a Certified Business Broker.
