Founded in 2015, Hampton Law offers legal counsel in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. Owner, Blake P. Hampton, is a VA accredited attorney who serves on the Medicaid, VA Benefits and Special Needs Trust Committees of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section. Hampton also serves as Vice President on the board of directors for LARC, Inc. and as the 2021 President for the Lee County Bar Association.
