Pool Pros

Pool needed relined. TERRIBLE delays in getting the demo done once hired, getting the product in, and the reline finished. We would go WEEKS without seeing anyone to work on the pool TERRIBLE communication. Terrible follow up. Things that worked prior no longer worked. It is easy to say, knowing what we know now, that we would have chosen a different company to do the work. Do your own due diligence. Our experience... again... was TERRIBLE.

Responsive, polite and competent- took care of the job quickly, too. Trouble-shot the problem created by the last pool company in no time.

We first contacted Pool Pros for information and a price quote for a pool heater to purchase and be installed on our property. My husband reviewed the information with me and was impressed that this business was responsive to his phone inquiries.

We ordered the pool heater (heat pump) and delivery was scheduled for a Thursday with installation to be the next day, Friday. Everything was done as scheduled and at the price quoted. Highly recommended.

Called and left a message asking for an estimate on repair service. They never called me back. Someone else got an easy $2000 for less than a half-day's work (travel, labor, tooling, and material).

Simply outstanding!  I recently bought a house in Cape Coral, and the previous owner had neglected the pool.  After four weeks, the pool maintenance company that we hired told me that they could do nothing about clearing up the water because the pool needed to be refinished (at an estimated cost of $8700 and with a 3 month wait).  I was so fortunate to find Joe at Pool Pros!  Take a look at the before and after pictures - that was what Joe was able to do in 4 days!!  Joe and Pool Pros are absolutely the best!!

We selected Pool Pros when it came time to resurface our pool this summer. What a great decision it was! They were in and out in just a few days and we couldn't be happier with the result. They were responsive, they collaborated with us and offered valuable advice when we chose our surface color and tile, and our pool looks brand new. We used them more than a year ago when we had to replace our pool heater and we had a similar experience. Our old heater died two days before we were expecting company and they replaced it in time for our guests to go swimming comfortably on their first day here. We highly recommend Pool Pros.

We had this service for 3 years.
The cleaning was average at best. They are very disorganized with constant staff changes and inconsistent scheduling which was always a problem with our dogs.
We had them replace a broken fountain. Within a year that new fountain broke and they had to repair the new fountain.It broke again at 2 years and they insisted we had to buy a new fountain and did not stand behind their work that obviously was never done correctly to begin with.

We paid around $650 for the fountain and still have a broken fountain all within 2 years time.

I do not recommend this company.

I cannot express how refreshing it is to deal with such a well organized, professional company. From the first contact we had with Pool Pros, our call was answered in a very courteous way and offered to send someone to look at our job (WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FOR MONEY!) Dan Sheppard, came out to meet with us. We needed a grab rail and a pool light put in our older pool. He was well informed and explained everything to us, asked if we had any other questions and within a couple of hours we had a quote in writing. It was extremely competitive so we went ahead with the quote. Within a couple of days, we had our rail and new light installed. It is beautiful. Thank you, Pool Pros.
