81 West Apartments

Let me start by saying 81 west is the best location to live in Southwest Florida. The staff here are amazing including Bianca and Taylor and more, the maintenance are on point all the time Bianca is great and so is Taylor at making sure the job gets done by the maintenance team which are very friendly, very honest and helping you will never find a place like this, there's no bugs no cockroaches, no rats, and trash cleanup is very fast and accurate, did I forget get to mention the lavishing pool area an exclusive workout gym. Don't let me spoil the rest. Come check them out at 81 West!.

So I walked into the office to see if there was any availability, I was supposed to be called when one apartment went available but I never got that call. The woman said she has been letting the phone ring all day and not answering! She said it was out of her control to call me, to tell me the apartment is available but she was the only one working. She recommended other terrible complexes and even said "mY bEsTfRiEnDs LiVe ThErE" I don't care where your friends live I need a roof under my head tonight. Anyway so I left and their website said they had available apartments. Literally she was so lazy and needs to be fired.
