Event Description:
Description: Join us for Leadership NEXT’s August 8th program at the Lee County Jail located off Ortiz Avenue. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office will provide in-depth insight on what it takes to run a secure correctional facility and share the operating logistics and costs of managing inmates every day. Guests will get an exclusive walking tour of the jail to see where inmates are housed and fed will provide guests a rare and sobering experience. All guests asked to bring a photo ID and are strongly encouraged to wear long pants, long sleeve and high-neck shirts, and closed toe shoes. The cost to attend is free for Chamber Members and $10 for Future Chamber Members.

Since there is limited space available, we will be capping the event at 70 registrations. Please make sure to register in advance as we cannot promise all walk-ins will be able to register at the door.
