Description: Start the year off right and join us for the General Membership Luncheon on January 19th at Pelican Preserve. This month's luncheon will focus on health, fitness and nutrition. Listen from a panel of experts and hear the Chamber's own Jeff Brown with Synovus Mortgage share his personal testimony about the benefits of making healthy choices. It is important to understand that exercising and knowing how to make good food choices are paramount in creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
